Abd-el-Melek lived in the 16th century. Sultan of Morocco since he dethroned his nephew Muley-Mohamed, he asked for the help of King Don Sebastian of Portugal when in trouble, but he died in battle anyway on 4th August 1578, during the Alcazarquivir battle.
