If you remember the fact your body is more than half made of water, you will understand how important is to replace the liquids you have lost during your consumption of alcohol. The lack of liquids is what causes the awful hangover, it is a symptom of dehydration; so here, some tips to avoid it:
+ Don't drink too much, because your body will have to process it.
+ Don't drink too fast, because your body cannot speed up its processing.
+ Drink extra water (at least a litre) if you know you are having some drinks later.
+ Avoid mixing spicy meals with alcohol, it is not a good idea to combine dehydration with irritation in your stomach.
